Clutch failure phenomenon, causes and repair methods
During the use of the clutch, the main failures that often occur include heavy clutch pedal, slipping, incomplete separation (difficulty in shifting gears), shaking, intermittent, abnormal noise, etc.

Pedal heavy failure phenomenon, causes, detection methods and repairs
1. Failure phenomenon.

The clutch pedal is heavy and the foot is tired. Compared with the clutch pedal of the same other vehicles, the strength is significantly different...

2. Causes:.
(1) Separation main spring assembly: improper adjustment, the pedal is too high, and there is empty travel.
(2) Driven plate (friction plate) assembly: friction plate wear. (Wear until the friction plate is stuck)
(3) The master cylinder, slave cylinder, separation of the merchant's coupling are strained, the release bearing is stuck, and the movement is not flexible.
(4) Flywheel work and pressure plate work, wear (wear exceeds 0.5mm)
(5) Excessive wear of the separation finger (the arc of the finger end face has been worn flat), and excessive wear of the release bearing (thrust is flat and worn out with a concave arc).

3. Repair methods
(1) Check whether the clutch pedal is too high, whether the idle stroke is appropriate, and adjust it to the normal state. If the fault phenomenon is not eliminated, proceed to the next step.
(2) Check the clutch pedal, return, release spring, release fork, release bearing, etc. to see if there is any jamming or inflexible movement, and whether the clutch pedal has returned to normal. If the problem is still not solved, proceed to the next step. (3) Check whether the clutch plate assembly, cover plate assembly, and R wheel are excessively worn, and whether the pressure plate release finger, release bearing flatness and thrust are excessively worn. The friction plate of the pressure plate assembly should not leak out of the bushing after wear; measured with a vernier caliper, the wear amount of the pressure plate working end and the cover plate assembly should not exceed 0.3mm; ~ Use a depth gauge to measure the installation depth of the flywheel, and the wear depth should not exceed 0.5mm.

Above; the arc surface of the pressure plate release finger end should not be ground flat; the thrust plane of the release bearing should not be ground concave; if it does not meet the size, it should be replaced. However, during the repair process, it should be noted that if a component does not meet the requirements, it should be replaced separately, and it cannot be replaced with a universal set. (For example: if the clutch pressure plate assembly is worn too much, only replace the plate assembly, and do not replace the cover assembly at the same time)
